- Vegetables, in principle, others than potatoes (due to starch in the composition, you will have to refuse 11 days);
- Greens (the better, the better, the better it is);
- Kéfir (normal freshness, there is nothing to do with low dairy products, they only disperse appetite) - 500 ml per day;
- Mineral water (can be gas -free), excellent to avoid problems of constipation and swelling;
- Buckwheat and barley (by a pack);
- Cheese (optional, can be replaced by cottage cheese).

11 -day menu:
Awakening:A glass of water and a slice of lemon (hot appearance);
Breakfast:Eggs and buckwheat cooked in a double boiler, tea / coffee;
Lunch, after 1.5 to 2 hours: an apple and mineral water;
Dinner:Palvka cooked in a double boiler in the evening, a vegetable salad with green vegetables (you can season with olive oil or sure cream), any B / sugar drink;
Afternoon snack:Egg in any form, 1/2 tomatoes or cucumber, mineral water;
Dinner:The buckwheat (you can add onion + carrots in olive or linen oil and a booty drink;
Late dinner:Up to 500 ml of kefir.
In the dietThere is no meat, that may be why it was called the budget.But we take egg proteins - inexpensive and very rich in useful substances.In addition, cereals - buckwheat and pearl barley contain a number of minerals and vitamins, which helps be more elastic, and the intestines purify gently and gently.
Sports, training and increased physical activity on such a short diet with a monotonous diet is not necessary.The body is not suitable for nutrition, excess load is nothing.But that does not exclude healthy walking, uniform sleep and skin care (self-massage, baths, meditation).
